End-User License Agreement

DTL Accounting Sync ("the App") is developed and operated by Doublethink Lab ("we") solely for its own internal accounting.

1. Permitted users. The App may be used only by Doublethink Lab staff and contractors authorized by Doublethink Lab's management, and only with Doublethink Lab's own QuickBooks Online company.
2. No public offering. The App is not sold, licensed or distributed to any third party.
3. Use of QuickBooks data. The App reads and writes accounting records (accounts, customers, classes, bills, journal entries and reports) in Doublethink Lab's QuickBooks Online company only for bookkeeping and grant reporting.
4. Disconnecting. An administrator may disconnect the App at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps) or from the App's disconnect page. Disconnecting revokes the App's access.
5. No warranty. The App is provided as-is for internal use. Accounting records remain subject to review by Doublethink Lab's accountants.
